Recruitments are an Otago owned company founded by Kathy Stewart (MIPC), operating since 1993. Recruitments' consultants are industry trained and qualified in all recruitment services and human resource applications.

Our aim is to provide structure that will enable you to maximise the productivity of your company.

Our Recruitment Procedures

Recruitments candidate processing includes:

• Extensive candidate screening
• In-depth interviewing to determine a candidates competencies
• Assessing a candidates skill level and personality profile through computer based testing including psychometric testing (if required)
• Comprehensive verbal reference checking
• Police checks (if required)
• An extensive Health and Safety declaration completed by all applicants

• Ensuring our clients total satisfaction
• Providing a 24 hour seven days a week personal service
• Consultants work efficiently giving our clients the opportunity for placement at very short notice
• Recruitments endeavour to have a temp placement on site within an hour of request
