Temporary Job Placements

Recruitments have temporary staff for most roles, available at short notice.
 
Temporary staff are employed by Recruitments and consequently we take care of:

• ACC levies
• PAYE
• Sick pay
• Holiday pay
• All related administration

Our temporary staff are issued with an individual employment agreement and an assignment guideline booklet which includes information on: punctuality, attitude, personal presentation, communication policies (internet/ mobile phones/ phones and email usage) and health and safety.

Recruitments' consultants will visit work sites to ensure that client expectations are met, including health and safety compliance and inductions as required. Recruitments regularly review the suitability, reliability and performance of all temporary staff, ensuring suitability for each assignment. Our consultants keep in close, regular contact with all our temporary team to maintain quality control.
